Didn’t close my tax account when requested and I had to do it myself despite paying for them to handle my tax affairs. Will not be using again. Reply to reply: I actually called and reached out several times hence my frustration. On the last call I was told my account was closed by you and you couldn’t provide proof of closing my account. I wouldn’t have left a negative review nonchalantly.

Great professional service. In auditing our accounts, that we do ourselves, Mark & his team found some income posted to the wrong accounts.Their diligence in their service was very important as accurately posting this income is critical to our rental business. This could only be corrected because Concept Accountancy took time to understand our business as well as counting our beans.

I have been with Concept now for two years and I am honestly blown away by the service I receive. Not only do they respond almost instantly to any queries I might have (which has been a fair few during Covid) but they also vastly reduced my fee that I was previously paying from one of the NE larger companies. Concept have been a vital lifeline for me since moving to them and especially this year as they have been pro active in offering me support and giving me useful information that has helped me to survive as a small business during a very crazy year. You can try others but ultimately you will not find a better service anywhere. If Carlsberg done accountancy....

Used Concept Accountancy now since 2013 when they started out thanks to a recommendation. They take a transparent and open view on your business and understand your needs. Mark has been brilliant to work with over the years and wouldn't move having experienced other firms before.
