I had been struggling to complete my tax self assessment and Iftikhar Ahmed very kindly worked through it with me. I initially contacted Connected Accounting after becoming heavily dissatisfied with my previous accountant's services (a primary provider in the space). During this time, I carried out a considerable amount of research and spoke to many firms (as I did not want to make the same mistake twice) and am so relieved that four years later, I am still as happy and impressed with the services as I was on the first call I had with them. Over this time, I have benefited from the easy-to-understand and transparent tax conversations that have ensured I've operated in the most efficient way possible that has saved me money. In addition, they have also provided business advice across multiple areas that have tangibly impacted the growth I have experienced over the business's lifetime. Of note, these services have also been very reasonably priced and competitive to the broader industry. Although I do not write reviews as a general rule, I wanted to in this instance (primarily as it is such a rarity) due to the personal service I have received right from the beginning. They took the time to understand the business and what was important to me. Therefore, I can not praise the team of Daniel, Laura, Sam, Alec & Iftikhar anymore. Each member has a valuable skill set that complements the whole and means that as a client, you get the best of both worlds with a tailored personal service provided by a competent and responsive team. I challenge anyone to find a firm that has provided the level of response, support, and advice I have received since being a client. I look forward to continuing my journey with them, knowing that they handle my business and personal finances.
