Brook Illing was my sale solicitor. A very patient solicitor. The buyer messed us on every possible chance and moved goal post as they saw fit. Brook kept this deal alive thanks to his advice I was able to complete six months from acceptance of offer, that six month delay due to Buyer and his solicitor.
