Cooke Painter were listed as joint executor with myself. They gave me a choice of a typical month's wages to apply for probate or a week's wages for a deed of renunciation to allow me to pursue probate alone. It took 2 months for me to receive the deed (enter name and address on form PA15) which was the incorrect form. Have added an extra star as they did follow up quickly when I advised them of their mistake, and were always polite.

I would recommend Cooke Painter to anyone purchasing a property. Levi was incredibly diligent in helping me through the whole process. As a first time buyer I was new to everything, and Levi was very generous in giving me advice throughout. Through no fault of Levi/Cooke Painter's, my purchase was complicated due to problems that were unresolved the previous time it had been sold. Levi was knowledgeable and made sure that every single problem was ironed out before completion.

Recently completed a new purchase and remortgage of our current property to a buy to let with Cooke Painter and we had a great experience with them. Levi was exceptional with all communications and always kept us up to date with progress and help me with understanding everything. As someone with ADHD I can often overlook details and information in letters etc but Levi made sure I was aware of what information I needed to be aware of and helped guide me with what I needed to do so I didn’t get to overwhelmed.
