I dealt with this firm recently, James Leach was my solicitor, I can't thank him enough for all the help he has provided me with in a very difficult situation. Professional service tailored to the individual needs. I received realistic advise that achieved the expected results . Whilst the case handling was very effective James did not focus on being aggressive with the other party but rather firm and professional achieving the best results possible. I would highly recommend.

Carol provided a conveyancing service for me and was excellent in the work carried out. She provided a very knowledgeable service and offered great advice which was presented in an easy to understand way throughout the duration of the transaction. Any questions I had were responded to quickly and answered very effectively. I found the whole service to be really efficient and would have no hesitation in using her again.

Carol Blakey is a first class conveyancing solicitor that ensures everything is in place and mitigates or informs any potential risk happening before or after the property has been purchased. I have been lucky enough to employ her services 4 times since 2007 and her approach has always been consistent. Very professional, great communication, provides informative and constructive advice, and where required will chase the other party to ensure the transaction gets over the line.
