We used James Baker at Cooper Lingard to support the sale of our mothers property. This was a complex sale involving power of attorney, a trust fund and three of us all with queries and questions. Each of us keen to ensure we could achieve the best outcome for our mum from the sale. We can't recommend James and his team highly enough! We were on a tight deadline due to stamp duty changes and he and his team worked round the clock to get us across the line. The whole experience was seamless, quick and efficient. They are super friendly and easily explained any legal jargon to us (as first time buyers that was really helpful). James and his team are friendly, efficient and professionally dealt with the sale of my property very quickly without any problems.
