Cooper Stott have acted for us in relation to a number of conveyancing matters over the years, including again recently. We used Cooper Stott to purchase a house in July 2022 and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. Communication was excellent throughout the process and any queries were dealt with promptly. Frankly, the solicitors on the other side of the transaction were incredibly difficult to deal with and uncommunicative and unhelpful, yet James managed to destress the situation and ensure we felt comfortable with the process and confident that everything was in hand. Costs were very reasonable. We will continue to use Cooper Stott in the future when required and would highly recommend them.

We dealt with James & his assistant Catherine on two separate conveyancing transactions over the past year and found them a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were extremely efficient throughout and responsive. Both transactions had a tight deadline and in my view, it was their professionalism that enabled them to complete on schedule (one of them ahead of schedule!) and in a seamless manner. We are based outside the of the UK, which we thought may cause difficulties, though with their help and support, everything ran smoothly.
