Best solicitor I found for selling and buying houses. We used Cooper Stott many times. Kathryn and Louise are great at communication- always available to answer phone calls and emails quickly and communicated well to get the sales and purchase done. Highly recommend!

I was working with another firm previously on a house sale and when a complex problem came up regarding land registry the firm I was working with said it would take 2 years to resolve and quoted me £2k for the work. I switched to Phil and Kelly from Cooper Stott, following a recommendation from a friend and all got resolved with the house sale completed in 8 months at less than half the price. It would have likely been even quicker if not for delays on the other sides. Phil was also great to speak to, extremely knowledgeable, which was very reassuring, and he kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would recommend.
