Chose Rebecca at Cozens through broker recommendation for my first home purchase and could not have been happier with the service received. They made buying my first home as stress free as possible, they were very efficient completing in 8 weeks from offer acceptance, and were contactable and replied quickly to any queries I had throughout the process. Excellent conveyancing service from Cozens Hardy. I was recommended by them after a previous firm I had been using, had a data breach and were seemingly in chaos. My solicitor was Beth Browne. She was brilliant to work with, very reassuring about the process, kept me updated and responded very quickly. She and her team answered all my questions with clear information and directions. The instructions were clear and we completed in a good amount of time. I felt that my case was being worked in regularly and consistently. The team at Cozens Hardy are great at their jobs and would definitely recommend them for conveyancing.

I have never been so disappointed with a company our business have had a case with your company since July (6 months so far) and received very little support or communication despite chasing etc! I am hoping this can be complete soon and we can all move on!
