Had such a stress free experience with csg legal from the first contact to the final I was always kept in the loop to which stage my case was at and what was required going forward. Will definitely use this firm again for any further issues that ever arise.

Absolutely horrendous experience with a TRAINEE family solicitor called Neve Bell. Absolutely terrible attitude, concerning my son's children's hearing, took 3 weeks to request papers from children's panel then phone call last night offering bad advice and that I had no chance at the children's hearing, whilst my emotions were up and down she had not a drop of sympathy. Asked me if I wanted her to come, I said yes she hung up and withdrew herself from representing me 10 minutes before my children's hearing. Avoid using Neve at all costs because I got the result at the hearing that Neve said was impossible in her arrogant voice. This has to be the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen from a lawyer not even a call or email to tell me she had withdrew. I called the office at 9:35 (Hearing at 9:30) and even they had to call Neve to check what was going on, beyond ridiculous

I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. From the very start, she was always there to offer me the correct advice and guidance, and made sure I fully understood every step of the process. Nicole always had my best interests at heart, and it was clear that her primary focus was achieving the best possible outcome for me and my son. She always took the time to address my concerns, no matter how small, and her meticulous attention to detail ensured nothing was overlooked.
