Rachel Holohan was our decided conveyancer and she was fantastic, our sale process had many complex elements but she navigated us through it all and helped us successfully complete. We would definitely recommend Rachel and would go back to her again for any future transactions of which she is able to advise on!

Cunningtons significantly delayed our property chain, causing us tremendous stress and frustration. They were unresponsive to our emails and calls, and they postponed our move date without adequate communication. Despite our attempts to escalate the issue, including reaching out to the managing partner to prevent our chain from collapsing, we were met with long periods of silence. Unfortunately, our experience aligns with the negative reviews others have shared here. They will say we were not their client... but when everyone is working towards a date, the remotest communication is necessary and a simple acknowledgment or update goes a long way. Our estate agents and own solicitors agreed this happens regularly with this firm. I have worked in legal services for 25 years and was taken aback by the managing partner's dismissive response for assistance and zero help.

Jenny Lapwood at Cunningtons Family Law Dept has been absolutely amazing! She helped me so much throughout my divorce and nothing has been too much trouble.
