The service offered by Cunnington’s is absolutely second to none. Having not purchased a house for some 40 years we approached the sale with some trepidation but we needn’t have worried. We received incredibly professional help and support from everyone at the Brighton office. We were kept informed and updated about the buying process at every stage. Every enquiry was dealt with incredibly efficiently and quickly to the point that we could hardly keep up! Friends have told us horror stories in the past about dealing with solicitors who are uncooperative and need constant pushing to get them to take any form of action. The reverse is certainly true with Cunningtons who we can recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a top quality service. Thanks to them the whole buying process was completed within weeks.

Have used Cunnington's since 2002 and have purchased 5 house purchases and a couple of sales later they offer great value and great service, just sold a house and Jason is so helpful. I alway recommend Cunnington's, Thank you and until next time.

When I was getting a quote the team seemed super helpful, but from that point it unfortunately changed to a lack of communication, general unhelpfulness, and a manner which often felt quite rude/abrasive. I had a particularly difficult purchase, due to an issue which my solicitor noticed but did not flag with me until a month later, and then seemed entirely unwilling to help with possible solutions. Throughout the process it was incredibly hard to get any communication from them, with multiple emails that did not get a response, and multiple requests for callbacks which never happened. It took over a month to get some very basic information, which I was able to get from the council myself in less than a day. Overall my experience with Cunningtons made an already very stressful time, even more stressful.
