Good law firm as they comply with the law. My former landlord evicted me illegally several years ago and he refused to return me my deposit although I had left the house clean and tidy. I sent him a letter before action, but he decided to ignore it. As a result, I started legal proceedings against him via CCMCC. He used this law firm to communicate with me. In the end, after some negotiations, they offered me an out of court settlement and the matter was successfully settled.

We used CWC for conveyancing during a hosue move. The move involved a long chain and some difficulties with other parties, and CWC were brilliant - always professional, friendly and helpful - without them I'm sure it would have been a much longer and more difficult move. Would absolutely recommend.
