Great experience with Cycle Law. My case wasn't straight forward due to luck of witnesses. Jo was brilliant in dealing with my case and I am very happy with the outcome! Really, it couldn't be better! My colleague has recommended me Cycle Law a while ago and I cannot be more thankful to him for that.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Roz and her colleagues at Cycle Law Scotland after my bike crash last summer. They secured replacement costs for my bike whilst the wider claim continued - and did not include that in the final bill calculation. I was really pleased with the payment they secured and the way they dealt with all aspects of the process. No hard sell , no pressure - just a professional service from experts who also happen to be cyclists.

I would highly recommend Cycle Law Scotland for representation and support following a hit and run incident I suffered while out on a training ride. Roz Galloway has been exceptional to deal with throughout, as a competitive cyclist Roz was able to represent me fully with her expertise in cycling and her understanding of the physical and mental effects this had on me. Roz kept me informed throughout every step of the claim, ensuring I received all the support I required, going over and beyond to make a full recovery. I am grateful to Roz and the team at Cycle Law Scotland for the compassion, dedication and support they provided me at a time when I was vulnerable and in distress, I could put my trust in Roz in the knowledge that she was working tireless to get the best outcome for me. Once I made a full recovery CLS kindly invited me to take part in the Tour of Tweeddale Sportive, it was a pleasure to finally meet Roz and the team and put a face to the Team that worked hard on my behalf. They made me feel so welcome and grateful that I could get back on the bike again and since return to competitive racing. Dealing with Roz in Aberdeen was a great experience. Having been hit from behind by an uninsured driver and fracturing my elbow I was concerned by the whole compensation process. Roz guided me through the process and dealt extremely with the particularly difficult insurance company. As a cyclist herself she completely understood my situation and this gave me huge confidence in getting a good resolution. As a British Cycling member I was contacted by their solicitor but was unimpressed by their manner, but immediately felt understood by Roz. I would highly recommend the service from Cycle Law Scotland if you are involved in a cycling accident in dealing with any claim.

I came to Cycle Law Scotland after multiple reviews from friends who used their services before. After my car vs bicycle accident, I was injured, scared and unsure of what my, at the time, confused compensation path would hold for me. From the first to the final conversation with the team, I felt supported, informed and respected. There was no question too small and I would always have a quick response from Zara, who handled my case, or another member of the team if Zara was unavailable or on annual leave. I have been overwhelmed by the kind nature of the team and the attention to detail. Cycle Law Scotland led me through changes and delays due to COVID and always kept me updated as soon as they had more details. I will be forever grateful for their excellent customer service as well as their professional standards. If anyone is researching who to contact after an accident, like I was, I would suggest you finish your search now. You've found the right team.
