Would highly recommend Dacres of Ripon if you are thinking of selling your home. Claire the manager and her colleague Jack are just brilliant they are so helpful and so friendly. Without them I wouldn’t have got through the sale of my home they helped me all the way with paper work I didn’t understand and nothing was too much trouble to them they always made me feel welcome when I called into find answers to some of my paper work and have a chat and a laugh. So Thankyou Claire and Jack for looking after me. Much appreciated from Andrea 😊

I don't usually do reviews but here I'll make an exception. We put our trust in Claire Tiplady who manages Dacre's Ripon Office and were not disappointed. When she valued our property we were sceptical about her suggested figure, which was higher than we expected, and questioned it. Claire explained her reasoning and was able to justify it to our satisfaction. She also talked to us about the pros and cons of when to go to market as we were in the fortunate position of being able to make that choice. The photos and the marketing brochure (we insisted on a glossy brochure) were excellent. In fact Dacres sold the house three times - the first decided they'd been too hasty after a week, the second sadly, lost their own buyer who died, and the third were a lovely couple who now live there happily with their young son (and have become our friends!). Every buyer offered a lower figure and on Claire's advice, each time she pressed for the asking price and achieved it. Really we couldn't have asked for more, and the five stars are well deserved.

I met Claire first ,I thought she seemed very nice and not pushy.Along with all the other staff I got along well with them all , very happy with them all. Professionally business like all along.
