Nicola and her team handled the conveyancing of our Mum’s house, which completed last Friday. I cannot fault their collective attention to detail throughout the process. Dale & Co have been truly fantastic from start to finish. I was dealing with a somewhat demanding seller who wanted a very fast exchange, which was really stressful, but Laura-Beth and Nicola were so efficient and they completely put my mind at ease.
