I've been trying to contact them via phone and email for the past two weeks because I need to know some details about my visa, which Davidson Morris helped with two years ago. The email address they requested to be contacted is not responding. Horrible service.

Helped me complete a sponsorship licence application alongside the hiring of a new employee, both of which were successful. Joo was my primary contact and was tremendously helpful at every step, really going above and beyond helping me get all of the forms filled in. Angharad also helped a couple of times when Joo was temporarily assigned to training and she was equally thorough and helpful. I felt the total cost was very reasonable given the extra care, attention (and handholding) I had during the entire process.

I received a very good assistance for my Business visit visa application at Davidson Morris. Gordana and Angharad were very supportive in terms of explaining all the details and made it a very smooth process by helping me in filling even the minor details in the application.

I would not recommend. High fees for relatively straightforward service. I knew I was paying a premium for service however when later requested to verify my understanding of information provided by them and they wanted to charge me again. They had not provided any complimentary services whatsoever. below was the response from the head of the legal team Paolo Barbato in order to answer a simple yes no response to whether my understanding had been correct on a point discussed earlier. Angharad who was very knowledgeable and has been mentioned in many glowing reviews has now left. Buyer beware they are very commercial and only care about extracting money. "I am afraid we have exhausted the number of emails and legal advice we normally provide as complimentary service after we have concluded the work on a Sponsor Licence application. Should you need further legal advice, we can rely on the ToB already signed and the rate card attached to it (attached hereto for ease of reference), or we can enter into a new CARE agreement whereby we can advise on this or any other matter and simply record the time and issue an invoice at the end of the month."

Had a great experience with my visa processing. The process was smooth, easy to follow and I got regular updates every step of the way. Gordana was exceptionally helpful with answering questions promptly.
