I recently had serious problems with a tenant not paying the monthly rent. I was directed to Dean Wilson Solicitor's and then onto Daniel Dickson. My initial contract went very well and Daniel explained fully AND in plain English the course to take. There was always a quick response to any questions I had, no waiting around. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. As the process continued my next contact was with Eimer Batchelor (Paralegal). Again, I was treated with GREAT care and everything was explained fully and, there was nothing that Eimer would not do for me to make this process easier and - yes - less stressful. The part I found nice was that in a short time first name terms were used. The conclusion of all this was successful. To me, the Company charges seemed to be very reasonable. I am going to continue to use Daniel and Eimer's services next year and, can Highly recommend the Company to anyone who may need them.

I am writing this review because I have seen first-hand the distress and hardship that my nephew has experienced as a result of the way matters have been handled by Brackenbury Property Management Ltd and their current solicitors, led by Gabrielle Moffatt. The level of transparency and accountability shown throughout has been deeply concerning. The firm’s approach to billing and communication has been highly unsatisfactory, with charges that appear excessive and unjustified. Attempts to seek clarity or resolution have been met with a lack of engagement and professionalism. These issues have caused my nephew considerable anxiety and financial strain, which is unacceptable given that those involved are expected to uphold high professional and ethical standards. In my view, any firm entrusted with legal representation in such sensitive circumstances should prioritise fairness, communication, and compassion, values that appear to have been absent in this case. I would strongly advise anyone considering engaging this firm to proceed with great caution and to ensure that every aspect of their agreement and costs is fully transparent and documented

An absolutely horrifying and financially ruinous experience dealing with Dean Wilson and particularly Gabrielle Moffatt as a dispute resolution solicitor... Dean Wilson has helped move my partner into mine and then subsequently me and my partner into a new house. They've also helped out my partners family on multiple purchases in the past and are currently working with my mother in law on a move for her. They are amazing. Knowledge, experience and expertise galore. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
