I have used Deborah Wilkinson & Co twice now. Firstly, with regard to my late husbands estate and latterly my mother's. Having never really had a good experience with solicitors before, I wasn't really looking forward to the prospect. The bigger the name certainly doesn't guarantee a better service. In my experience, it's quite the opposite. Deborah was recommended by the Funeral director I used, who said she was first class and very professional. I cannot underline those few words enough and add that from the moment I met Deborah, the weight and worry of sorting out both my late husband and mother's estate was lifted from my shoulders. There was no sat waiting for call backs that never came, or the feeling that you were actually irrelevant in the process. Deborah and her team kept me fully informed at all times of the progress and benchmarks achieved. Accordingly, I cannot recommend this superb organisation enough. For once you get exactly what you pay for, including empathy in abundance and peace of mind. This is so important, while having to deal with grief. In addition, I asked Deborah if she would process my new will. Again this was carried out extremely proficiently and exactly as I wanted. A 5 star company, with an exceptional Captain!
