Poor customer service experience. They asked me to transfer money before starting the case. I requested an invoice for their services, but they didn’t provide one. When I followed up, they delayed responding and haven’t given me an appointment yet, even though they promised to schedule one after Tuesday. I asked them to send any available appointment options along with the invoice, but I’m still waiting.

Mr. Reddy Sir has been very supportive and a kind gentleman who does his work with full dedication, sincerity and professionalism. He is very candid, right from the start about the prospect of the application that comes for his perusal, whether it would succeed or not. I had taken his services for ILR for self and family.
