Recently used Diamond Heron Solicitors, they where absolutely fabulous. I dealt with Karen for family law and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Karen kept me up to date every step of the way. She was always quick to respond and communication was easy from telephone call to emails. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Karen and the team. Over the process we met some amazing people who were fantastic with our case. Over the moon with our outcome couldn't recommend Karen enough. Highly highly recommend. I have been dealing with Diamond Heron over the last 3 years. They have always been available and reassuring throughout the whole process. I was always kept informed on progression and they made sure all avenues where covered. Jennifer was my solicitors secretary, lovely lady and was always prompt and responsive. Stephen Olver was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and along with Jennifer, their communication was excellent over the last 27 months, always kept me updated on how my case was progressing and I was very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend.

I have been looked after by Stephen Olver(Partner) and a paralegal Jennifer Bickerstaff. Both have been in regular communication for 18 months with me, via email and telephone and I have to say that having this communication was first class. There may have been times where I was somewhat slower with information they required, but at no time was I tortured. I was very impressed with their professionalism and Stephen to his credit finalised our business very impressively. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. 10/10.
