I am highly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Diplock Solicitors, particularly by Barrister Abdullah Al Noman. My brother and I both live in the UK, where we studied and now work. In 2023, I successfully applied for tourist visas for my parents myself, allowing them to visit me. However, after my father’s passing, I reapplied for my mother’s visa, thinking her previous visit would make the process straightforward. Unfortunately, her application was denied. That’s when I turned to Diplock Solicitors and found Barrister Abdullah Al Noman. I cannot praise him enough—he is a truly professional and dedicated individual. Despite our reapplication being rejected again, Mr. Noman’s efficient understanding of the situation led us to lodge a Pre-Action Protocol. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, my mother was finally granted her visa. This family reunion means the world to me, and I owe it all to him. As this was my first time using a solicitor in the UK, I conducted extensive research before choosing Diplock Solicitors. Mr. Noman exceeded every expectation I had. He took the time to deeply understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and made the process remarkably comfortable. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care were outstanding. From start to finish it's been exceptional service, exceptional knowledge and a great experience from a clients perspective. Barristar Abdullah Al Noman you have made many people happy today. I made a application for my aunty to visit us in the uk which was rejected, we then contacted Diplock's, Abdullah Al Noman and discussed what had taken place with the application I had made, he then made a fresh application addressing all the issues raised in the initial rejection, this application was again refused , from the explanation the home office had given we found it to be unfair and and there to be prejudice in the decision made. Barristar Abdullah Al Noman then advised we should take it to tribunal and proceeded with a pre-action protocol to the home office , and I am happy to say he has managed to get the refusal over-turned. Abdullah Al Noman constantly kept me updated on the progress, talked me through all steps and actions and was always available to me if needed. I have to reitterate its been a pleasure having him represent us and the experience has been the best, I will definatley be recommending you to people in Birmingham. Thank you for everything you are a star!!!

My engagements with this law firm has been professional. The principal, Attia was quite clear on probable expectations from initial consultation. Mr Norman has also been very helpful with my issues and has been providing reasonable assistance as maybe required. Their charges, I think, are fair enough. I do recommend their services.

I called seeking representation 5 days before a court property (civil) hearing. Ranu was very helpful and patient and did her absolute best to help, as well as follow up on my case and give me the best advice for ME, rather than to make me waste money unnecessarily. Yaqoob was also kind enough to give me a very helpful consultation under short notice. Genuine help that was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend.
