Would definitely recommend Duane if you decide to go down the mediation route. He is very calm and explains all the options in simple terms. He gives good advice that is fair to both parties. Divorce is never easy, Duane is very good at making sure that you stay calm and make the best decision.

After reading 5 star reviews, I contacted Duane for a quote on an amicable divorce.. I had to chase several times to get any response back, and several months later my emails are still not being responded to! Going through a divorce is stressful enough without having to chase a solicitor! I have since gone elsewhere!

A friend recommneded Duane Plant of DMFL to me, and I'm so glad she did. After getting myself into a bit of a state regarding my divorce and financial settlement, I called Duane and he gave me such good and practical advice, delivered in an immensely calm and reassuring manner that I felt I had the strength to carry on with (let's face it) a pretty stressful situation. I was baffled by legal terminology and felt I had backed myself into a corner. Going forward with Duane, I now have options. What a relief!
