DMD Law are exceptional solicitors. They are extremely fast and responsive, and offer great value for money. I have engaged them for buying and later selling a property in Edinburgh. When I purchased the property, the process from calling them until collecting the keys took about 10 days (including getting a mortgage as a foreigner). When selling, they have called me several times with updates, and gave me very valuable advice on the market value and strategy on advertising it, resulting in a fair deal even in a relatively quiet winter period. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I am delighted to be given the opportunity to share my experience with DMD Law. Two years ago I made the decision to sell my home in Corstorphine and then hopefully downsize. Your Company was recommended to me by a recent seller and so, following an initial phone ' lovely James' visited me straight off the plane from a family holiday and explained the whole process to me. I was SO impressed that I handed the sale over to him and within days great photos had been taken, the Home Report was completed and my house was market ready. I sold my house well and within 7 DAYS thanks to lovely Carmen who organised all the viewings. In the meantime I had viewed a property that was perfect for me and so asked James to put a Note of Interest with the seller and so 48 hours after selling my property James went back on my behalf and sealed the deal and I had a new home to go to. Everything went according to plan and 2 months later I completed both the legal sale of my house and the purchase of my new house with Mr Anderson of your Company and I am now happily living in my new home in Craiglockhart. The service that I received from all staff that I came in contact with was first class and also friendly and I have no hesitation in recommenfing your Company to potential buyers and sellers. DMD Law were engaged to wind up my mother’s estate after her death. The lawyer couldn’t have been any more helpful at this time, explaining what was required and dealing with the executors to manage everything on our behalf. The house sale was also managed by DMD Law’s mortgage department. Again the service, advice and marketing were professionally handled on our behalf. As a family we will be forever grateful for the help and assistance provided by DMD Law and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
