Avoid using this company I felt very insulted by Peter Stephen a Consultant at DMD Law LLP I found him to be extremely short and arrogant. He insulted me and belittled me over my disability. I phoned him to ask a question as due to my extreme dyslexia I couldn’t read the email due to the amount of information. I told him I was giving a quick phone call to ask someone questions and he replied there iso not such at thing as a quick phone call and I explained my dyslexia he was rude and dismissive . I called him once again about completion of my property sail. He was short abrupt and rude to me again saying just go and read the email I don’t want to waste my time taking to you on a Friday when I have a lot of word to do. I explained again I am dyslexic he said I’m too busy for all this. I them pointed out I am the client and I am paying for a service. He then scoffed and chuckled saying I have a hart condition and take tablets sit I can be like this so what maybe I’m disabled too. I was so shocked I found him to accept pompous privileged and arrogant. He made me feel like I want your money but nothing to do with you. I completely to this firm and was told I’d get a letter of apology but nothing has come of it and nearly two months have passed. It is alway a stressful thing to do selling or buying a property and no one needs this on top. Please look elsewhere.

I have used DMD Law for two of my house sales. The service is excellent from estate agency (property management) to legal (Solicitor). They are always very organised and everything done with precision. Well done and thanks again for all the support with my recent move. Five star!!
