We had an amazing service with Abby from DMH Stallard while purchasing a property, we can’t recommend her enough! She was so caring, efficient, thorough and ensured our understanding through the process, which meant so much as this was our first property purchase. Great experience with DMH Stallard for conveyancing on a new flat. I have recently used this company to execute my mother's will following her passing and set up LPAs for my father. They have been extremely professional in everything they have done and Mo was extremely compassionate and patient when dealing with my father who is 96 and was struggling to comprehend the legal processes that were needed. There has been good communication throughout the process, keeping us informed of everything was going on. The only delays experienced were caused by the court processes, not DMH Stallard. The location in Brighton is good with a car park a very short distance away which is useful when you have somebody that cannot walk very far that needs to visit the offices. I would not hesitate to use them again.
