I used Donnelly and Kinder when buying my house last year. Sara Carter was looking after my purchase, I had some issues with my first lender before moving to a different lender, Sara was patient and helpful throughout, which in turn helped keep me calm. Queries were responded to promptly, and communication was thorough and informative. There was an issue over a lot of unwanted fixtures and fittings left behind, despite Sara explicitly stating I requested their removal. Sara was straight on to the vendors solicitor and the matter was resolved shortly after. Communication, knowledge, reassurance, efficiency all good, in terms of price, this was my first purchase so I've nothing to compare it too, but I found the charges reasonable and a lot less than I was expecting.

This is the second time i have used Donnelly and Kinder for the purchase of a house. I would highly reccomened them to anyone who is looking to purchase a house. So easy to deal with and happy to provide updates all the way through. Christine and Sara are fantastic.
