As unprofessional as can be! As rude as can be. Called them for help, the attitude received was of nothing i’d witnessed before. Total red flag. With an attitude as soon as you speak to them why on earth would you trust them to represent you. Since this I’ve heard terrible reviews regarding them. Looks like I had a great escape.

I engaged with Aidan Walley - Although my case was not taken up purely due to system red tape.....He educated me and I see the world differently...ALL other companies I reached out would say they cant help and referred me to find someone else...giving me false hope.....Aiden insight as to why in a weird way healed me.

What a waste of time. Iain Gould says he will contact you back and then doesn't and has to be chased up, multiple times, then constantly talks about how going to other solicitors being a waste of time whenever you point out how that isn't acceptable, despite having not brought other solicitors up when expressing disappointment in his failure to do as he says. Very strange. He is incredibly unprofessional and full of nonsense, saying ridiculous things such as the police being under no obligation to inform me that they are recording me despite there being laws about institutions holding information on people and informing them about it (he says that it's equivalent to me not telling them that I am recording them... shocking). He also ignored a blatant malicious prosecution attempt following an arrest because the arrest "may" have been lawful. I honestly wondered if this man had the memory of a goldfish, and he clearly couldn't wait to end to call, hanging up on me mid-sentence. He says he's been doing this for over 30 years but his qualifications aren't worth the paper they are written on. Stay away.

One star because it's necessary. Robyn is extremely ignorant, does not do as she says she will. Receptionist constantly make excuses for her. All round, very horrible individuals. Definitely look elsewhere.

Iain Gould comes across completely differently over the phone to how he does in his blog posts. He was supposed to follow up with my but I had to keep chasing him. He wasted my time and then said he wouldn't be taking on my case due to "thinking that it would fail" despite having an unlawful search, unlawful arrest and then malicious prosecution to top everything off. A huge waste of time. Not recommended
