What a waste of time. Iain Gould says he will contact you back and then doesn't and has to be chased up, multiple times, then constantly talks about how going to other solicitors being a waste of time whenever you point out how that isn't acceptable, despite having not brought other solicitors up when expressing disappointment in his failure to do as he says. Very strange. He is incredibly unprofessional and full of nonsense, saying ridiculous things such as the police being under no obligation to inform me that they are recording me despite there being laws about institutions holding information on people and informing them about it (he says that it's equivalent to me not telling them that I am recording them... shocking). He also ignored a blatant malicious prosecution attempt following an arrest because the arrest "may" have been lawful. I honestly wondered if this man had the memory of a goldfish, and he clearly couldn't wait to end to call, hanging up on me mid-sentence. He says he's been doing this for over 30 years but his qualifications aren't worth the paper they are written on. Stay away.

One star because it's necessary. Robyn is extremely ignorant, does not do as she says she will. Receptionist constantly make excuses for her. All round, very horrible individuals. Definitely look elsewhere.

Iain Gould comes across completely differently over the phone to how he does in his blog posts. He was supposed to follow up with my but I had to keep chasing him. He wasted my time and then said he wouldn't be taking on my case due to "thinking that it would fail" despite having an unlawful search, unlawful arrest and then malicious prosecution to top everything off. A huge waste of time. Not recommended

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Louise, an older lady with an attitude. I came to the meeting prepared with substantial evidence demonstrating my claims' truth. Despite this, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and shockingly unconcerned with the facts. Even more troubling was her response when I showed her a statement where the judge had clearly falsified information after the evidence was presented. Instead of addressing this serious issue, she merely asked if the judge had seen the evidence, then brushed it off as if it didn’t matter. This wasn’t an isolated incident either—multiple judges in my case have lied and falsified evidence, yet she showed no interest in addressing these blatant injustices. To make matters worse, she completely disregarded my disability, which should have been an essential consideration during our discussion. Rather than ensuring a fair and just process, her attitude suggested a disturbing level of indifference to the legal system's truth and integrity. This experience has left me questioning the ethics and integrity of those who are supposed to uphold justice. If you're looking for someone who will genuinely listen, consider the facts, and treat you with the respect and fairness you deserve, I strongly advise caution.
