My wife and my experience with Drummond Miller was uniformly positive. We were seeking advice on obtaining a family visa for me (I'm American) and had found the governmental websites and other sources of information somewhat confusing and often contradictory. One initial meeting with Lauryn McCrorie at DM, where she was able to answer many of the questions I had after consulting official sources, convinced us to hire her to help us through the entire process, which she then did with great good grace, expertise and efficiency. She was incredibly responsive to the occasional question I would send her way as we worked through the various pieces of the process. If the rest of the world worked with her professionalism, intelligence and good cheer, it would be a far better place. DM's fees were reasonable and it was certainly money well spent.
