I have recently separated from my partner and needed a solicitor to help with the finalisation of being brought out of the property. I got in contact with Dunn and Baker and was contacted by Darren. Straight away he settled my nerves and gave me very much needed support and reassurance from the beginning. As we all do, I was worried by the costs and thought that it would be high, again this wasn’t the case. They kept to their quote with no unexpected surprises which I was most surprised by and very happy with. Both Darren and Becca kept me informed and were very professional even during my attempts of electronic paperwork completion ( I’m still sorry for that ).
