I have recently separated from my partner and needed a solicitor to help with the finalisation of being brought out of the property. I got in contact with Dunn and Baker and was contacted by Darren. Straight away he settled my nerves and gave me very much needed support and reassurance from the beginning. As we all do, I was worried by the costs and thought that it would be high, again this wasn’t the case. They kept to their quote with no unexpected surprises which I was most surprised by and very happy with. Both Darren and Becca kept me informed and were very professional even during my attempts of electronic paperwork completion ( I’m still sorry for that ). If you are buying or selling a property then we can’t recommend Kathy Cracknell highly enough. We sold both our houses last year to buy a home together and then also had to sell a relative’s property via power of attorney. Kathy was fabulous and as well as being highly efficient and prompt, also very personable and approachable and very responsive with regards to our questions and queries . One of the sales was not straight forward and fell through several times but Kathy was very supportive and understanding regarding our ever increasing stress levels.
