I've used Eccles Heddon a few times in the last year and have had consistently good experiences.Sarah Hargreaves + Louisa Muggeridge are both great to deal with and very helpful / speedy. I'd recommend Eccles Heddon (and particularly Sarah / Louisa) to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I would avoid this firm if you are needing legal assistance with family law, such as divorce. They adopt a very aggressive manner to stir up disputes between couples. This is clearly a tactic to prolong the engagement to maximise fees. If you want an amicable split, conducted professionally and efficiently then I would look elsewhere.

I was lucky enough to be recommended this company by a friend. Sarah Hargreaves was assigned to me and she was professional, attentive and excellent. Any time I emailed she would reply almost instantly, she kept me up to date throughout the buying process and ensured all work was completed correctly. I have heard horror stories of friends experiences with solicitors when buying a property but Sarah exceeded my expectations. If you are in the process of buying or selling a property, use Eccles Heddon!

Everything I asked to be done was done. Especially revoking a previous POA. Claire Green was exceptionally proficient, who dealt with everything via meeting on Teams, as I now live outside the area. I chose Eccles Heddon to deal with my legal matters as they are efficient, competitive and transparent in their charges. I recommend them and if I ever need a solicitor in the future will contact them first and foremost.
