We instructed Ehsan at Eden Solicitors to assist us with a commercial lease and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. From the outset, Ehsan approached the matter with a level of detail and thoroughness that gave us real confidence in instructing them. He explained all the terms to us repeatedly where we didn’t understand and made sure we were satisfied. The process was smooth and we were kept informed at every stage, with clear and timely updates. He gave us straightforward, practical advice and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ehsan and the team at Eden Solicitors for commercial property matters.

Mr Chaudhry and the team were very helpful in 2 purchases I used Eden solicitors for. The process was very seemless and efficient. I was kept informed throughout, the team’s regard for my urgency was dealt with professionally. After purchase service when enquiries are raised can be frustrating at times but Ehsan always made himself available to quash any concerns I had and provided advice which he wasn’t obliged to do. I would highly recommend Eden solicitors.

Highly recommend Eden Solicitors. They handled our flat purchase from start to finish and made the whole process feel easy. Communication was clear, replies were fast, the completion statement was easy to follow, and everything completed smoothly on the agreed dates. Professional, reliable and genuinely helpful throughout. Thank you to the team.

I had a very positive experience with Eden Solicitors during my house purchase. The team was professional, helpful, and always available to answer my questions throughout the process. Unfortunately, the purchase did not go ahead in the end, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fair and understanding they were. They waived their cancellation fees and only charged me for the searches and other costs that had already been incurred.
