Last summer I was dealing with a very stressful situation, and I had a meeting with lawyer Samantha Dawkins. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I tried to ask several questions, but I felt that her responses were somewhat abrupt and not very encouraging. I also had the impression that she was quite busy and did not always have the time to fully listen to or understand my concerns. Overall, I did not feel as supported as I had hoped during a very difficult time

Robert at Edward Harte did an exemplary job on handing the sale of an ex-council flat back to B&H Council. This was an inherited property and we do not live near Brighton, so a really strong, communicative solicitor was vital. This review should say 10/5 stars!!! Sarah & Lisa went above and beyond, always clear & precise communications in timely a manner. If you’re purchasing or selling a property I wouldn’t look to use anywhere else! They’ve managed to handle an extremely difficult purchase (Seller issue) and have been faultless throughout! I will never use a different solicitor from here on out!
