First I'd like to say it is a very professional firm, the person delt with my matter is patient and responsible. However, I didn't give 5 stars due to a common things in the legal industry, which is not very designated to individual situations. I got a very nice report with a few recommendations and options; however, about 50% of them are irrelevant to my case. Legally they are good options, but in the real business situation I dealt with, those options will not work or are unsuitable for my needs. So eventually, I feel happy to receive good support, but on the other hand, I also thought I spent too much unnecessary time and spend. This message probably is not only for your firm, as I felt it is an industry problem, but I hope you become the first few who can start tailoring your service and skills to each individual.

Amy and the others in Derby have been absolutely fantastic. The replies have been quick and have always answered my questions no matter how silly! I am exchanging next week, took around 8/9 weeks . So happy I choose this firm. Thanks everyone.

I used this company when purchasing my home. Took a long time as was no chain so should be very quick took from April to mid Sept to complete. Never respond to emails. When put threw alway left to ring out and made to feel like your a inconvenience. Paid my bill then got a receipt via email to then be emailed 2 weeks after completion saying I had to make another payment extra for land registry. Was told there was a delay with them of a few weeks. I'm now 8 months on no paper work. Check online gov.uk and house is still under council. Lack communication and basic manners. Think they forget its very stressful and costly people money and just a quick call can also put people's worry to rest. Do not go to these if you want a good company that communicates with clients. And respect

Elliot Mather LLP in Derby were brilliant helping us to move home. They processed all the paperwork quickly and communicated efficiently with our buyer's and seller's solicitors and estate agents. They responded quickly to my queries and passed on information to me just as quickly. They were very professional, clear about the legal implications of any search outcomes and clear about the costs involved. I would highly recommend them, they were better than others I've previously used on other houses. It was a value for money service and they took the pain out of the process for us. Many thanks.
