Charlene was extremely quick and translated important points into layman's terms so that we understood the whole process; it was clear to see why Ellisons are rated one of the best solicitors in the country. She was very quick to respond to our queries. The entire process went smoothly and culminated in completion around noon on the day. The only issue we had was knowing when to to pay. All in all, we were happy with the service we received!

My partner and I recently purchased our first home together and instructed Charlene Boyaram to handle the transaction. My only criticism of the service we received would be that on some occasions repsonses to our emails were slow or non existent. This being said, Charlene was available by phone and answered very promptly whenever we called. Although we never met in person, Charlene was friendly and approachable, as were those members of staff who we did meet face to face. Jenni put us at our ease on a visit to the office despite it being very close to closing time and us both rushing in from work! Overall we received a professional and excellent service. Our estate agent also mentioned that Charlene was very communicative and helpful towards them and that this was to her credit. I would recommend Charlene to those requiring conveyancing services in the Suffolk area.

I went to see them about a relationship break up and had the free half hour consultation. I saw Vanessa and I was well impressed. I was expecting a bit of a sly sales pitch, considering that it was a free consultation. What I actually experienced was knowledgeable and very useful advice from a genuine person. What's more she took the trouble to summarize the advice she had given and email it me. There was no sales pitch at all and in fact she advised me to to do nothing for the moment and see how things develop. Not at all what I was expecting and a very pleasant surprise.
