We have worked with EMW Law over the last year to deal with the sale of our trading estate in Hertford. They were recommended to us by our agents due to a breakdown in confidence with our previous solicitors. This is the first time we have worked with them but it won’t be the last. Our expectations were more than exceeded with the way they handled all the complicated procedures for what became a long drawn out process. The whole team were hugely supportive and delt with all problems and queries in a fast efficient way as they arose. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we cannot recommend them highly enough. I used William Morris at EMW Law as a first time buyer and he was exceptional. It really makes a massive difference having a good solicitor to guide you through the process and get the sale done efficiently. He was fantastic, especially given how poor the solicitors were on the seller's side which really delayed the process and therefore I would highly recommend EMW Law's services. One of the very best out there.
