I can’t recommend Mark Westwood highly enough. He has guided me through a horrifically long and difficult property sale process, where several sales fell through at the 11th hour (for reasons on the buyers’ side, not the property). Throughout it all, Mark was a constant source of support and wise advice. His contacts, ideas, and practical solutions saved me a great deal of money and, more importantly, gave me peace of mind. Having worked with many conveyancing solicitors over the years as a property investor, I can say with confidence that Mark is in a league of his own. Daisy Rice at Engleharts has been a breath of fresh air to work with over the past 18 months, having previously worked with daisy nearly a decade ago it was a pleasure to reunite our working relationship, Daisy has always been in my opinion one of the best in the business and she has continued to show this for numerous clients of ours this year, this year has been a challenging year along with time sensitive stamp duty deadline, Daisy navigated the deadline in a way that at times made the impossible become possible, with leasehold sales turned around in 6 weeks on a purchase amongst other freehold sales being agreed to exchanged within 4-6 weeks, throughout this year she has continued to work on a high level of files for our agency and been an integral part to the increase of our bankings along with the decrease of time for files to take to exchange/complete. Daisy works around the clock at hours that she really shouldn't but that's the kind of solicitor and worker she is, and one that any vendor or purchaser would be lucky to have working on their behalf.
