Excellent service for a flat purchase provided by E & M. Menca and Jafar were so helpful in navigating the whole process, ensuring every document was understood and the transaction progressed smoothly. In particular, they ensured that pressure from the other party was not felt and that everything was dealt with appropriately. Highly professional and extremely methodical in ensuring all details were correct. Would very much recommend!

Emailed them twice with my problem because their name was on THE LAW SOCIETY. I used the email address on their Google page. No response. I phoned them and was told to email a different address, which the female on the phone gave to me. I emailed a third time. No response. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. One star for appalling service.

Both Menca McKenna & Mohammad have been exceptionally helpful. I've had multiple cases and transactions done with them. Honestly, never had to worry about anything, just a quick phone call and it's done. They just ask you to provide the documents they need and you don't need to think about it anymore, you can just get on with your own life knowing your case is being dealt with by them and that they'll get it done. Very quick, very professional, very friendly, very affordable. Highly recommended.
