We used Eracleous&McKenna, Menca McKenna to help us purchase our first property and could not be happier. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions, a lot of emails, going backwards and forward with a lot of stressful situations, but Menca guided us through the entire process with patience and clear communication. She made a stressful milestone feel smooth and straightforward. Highly recommended! Thank you so much.

Shockingly bad experience buying our first home through them. Complete lack of communication and it’s got to the point where the sellers estate agents have been calling us because they recieve no reply from our solicitors. After sending many questions over the past few months we got a document with the most brief, unclear answers in a list with no reference to which question they were answering. I have huge regrets choosing these solicitors, as a first time buyer I am very nervous if there is an issue with our property that has not been discussed or mentioned. We still have not completed on our house so I’m writing this hoping they turn things around and actually give us a call/ reply to our emails.

Excellent service for a flat purchase provided by E & M. Menca and Jafar were so helpful in navigating the whole process, ensuring every document was understood and the transaction progressed smoothly. In particular, they ensured that pressure from the other party was not felt and that everything was dealt with appropriately. Highly professional and extremely methodical in ensuring all details were correct. Would very much recommend!

Menca McKenna recently handled our purchase of a property. The turnaround was impressive! Menca was very professional, helpful and responsive to all correspondence throughout this time and kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company's services without a doubt.
