We engaged Theresa Woodford of Eric Robinson Solicitors to handle our house sale and purchase, at the recommendation of our estate agent. We are so glad that we did, and have been delighted with the service provided by Theresa. She has always been responsive and thorough, and helped us to navigate and resolve any complications on the way. We very much appreciated being able to fill in all our forms online and submit scanned copies of all our documents. It made the whole process very straightforward. Solicitors often get a bad wrap when people are moving house. We switched to Eric Robinson after a previous purchase fell through and found that our previous solicitor (recommended by an affiliated Estate Agent) had been difficult to contact and slow to act. Theresa, Ellie & the Eric Robinson team were a breath of fresh air. They were easily contactable, responsive and thorough. Fees and legal information were made clear and digestible.
