I have recently completed on my house and decided to go with a local firm rather than some of the big national firms and I'm so glad I did. Samantha and Cathy handled by sale and purchase, who were excellent throughout. We had some issues with work needing to be done on my home, but they were about to talk options and always have great guidance. They always replied promptly and were available to talk too, which is a big difference from my previous move. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'll definitely use them again. I have just sold my late Dads house through Cathy Bailey in the conveyancing team at Eric Robinson, Bitterne. The service provided was absolutely exceptional. The communication was very good and Cathy went the extra mile to chase the buyers solicitors and to find documents to answer queries from the buyer. Could not recommend more highly!
