Karen was supportive, professional and friendly. She helped me keep my cool and see things clearly, when emotions ran high. She stood her ground and made sure my needs were met, but also used logic and clarification, with me, to make sure there was a fairness to negotiations. Karen is very professional, understanding and honest. She has given the best advice and has helped me on 2 separate occasions and has given her support through the whole process. Karen has been at the end of the phone when I've needed advice and is so quick at responding to emails. She deals with other parties professionally and has taken a great deal of stress and pressure off of me when dealing with issues.
