We reached out to Evans after my wife’s family had chosen them to act on the sale of my father in law’s house. Their experience was very positive so consequently we approached Evans to draw up our will. We had a similar positive interaction and then about the same time we had an offer on our house and again decided it made sense to ask Evans to act on the sale and the purchase of our new property. Throughout the journey we had regular weekly telephone meetings with Debra Swinburn and she was definitely the driving force in bringing all the other parties to exchange and completion. In addition to Debra’s reassuring manner and professionalism praise should also go out to Ellie and Lauren who were always available to provide answers and keep us updated. All in all an excellent local legal firm who are very professional, always available to assist do so in a friendly and pleasant manner.

My experience was great with Evans&Co, I used their conveyance service. I was assigned to Sarah Clarke, who was always approachable and did a great job by finishing the completion before 31/3. I would recommend them to any buyer who would like things to be done promptly and timely. They are also on FirstDirect solicitor list.
