These guys represent a large proportion of the big UK retail companies that don't have in-house retainer services. They are pretty cold and it's all about the money, of course. Unfortunately they also have their offices run as cover for registering foreign offices in the UK, thus if you need to make a civil litigation claim against a foreign company then there are the people that will shield their liabilities from public view. Clearly unethical practices. Furthermore any attempt to make a writ of possession against them will be further hampered as they have all the paper work on hand to prove that no assets on site are the property of any company you might be chasing down. Discovery can be entered into but that will then result in further costs hampering justice for the unwitting claimant. If you are on the other side of the fence however then it's all very nice and you will get exactly the service you require. So depending how you look at it then this can be a 5 star company of like dealing with some rather frustrating sorts. 2.5 stars
