A very disappointing service from Everys. In April 2023 I approached this company after being injured whilst trying to stop a runaway courtesy car, with a faulty handbrake, provided to me by a garage. I was offered a no win no fee arrangement with a predicted outcome of 25k. 12 months later I am told that my appointed solicitor has left the company. 2 months after that I’m informed that none of the investigative work had been done by my original solicitor and it wasn’t financially viable for them to proceed with my case. I went with a local company in the hope of getting a better more personal service, I now highly recommend going with a big national company where you may get some service at all!
