A massive thank you to Fahri LLP! And in particular Rossanna Yarleque and Nick Constantinou. After a terrible experience with another solicitor, I was recommended to speak to Rossanna and boy she didn’t disappoint! from day one her professional but personable style gave me reassurance that I was in good hands. Throughout the year long process, the communication and update which both Rossanna and Nick provided was amazing at no point did I feel any concerns that my case wasn’t being prioritised or the urgency of my requests weren’t being addressed. I cannot speak highly enough with regards to these two amazing people! Hopefully I never have a need to use any legal professionals again however I feel reassured that should the need ever arise I have my own superheroes in my corner! Being a first time buyer I was naturally very anxious choosing a solicitor to deal with the legal aspects of this. Choosing Farhi’s made the process easy as I had the pleasure of Elif and Melanie dealing with my matter. Their efficiency, hardwork, professionalism and excellent communication made the process easy and stress free. They were both always willing to respond to any queries/worries I had and were very transparent which was something very important to me going through this process. I started using Wendy and the Team earlier this year, (as an old acquittance used them) I am no the sharpest tool in the shed, but thankfully they were happy to talk me through it. In total now i think I'm at 3 transactions, and i will defiantly be using them again in the future if I need. (I hope so) They are only a small team to my knowledge, but i prefer this as is feels personal, I phoned, They knew who i was just by my voice. I got updates via email, It was great, when buying a place. The seller was telling me they had a great solicitor who gets things done quick.... well i found better, it's really quite nice to go back to a seller and say …. just waiting on your reply. I'm not even local to them, i even turned up at the office on a whim one day, and they had the paperwork ready in 10 mins, (saved posting it) thank you all for the help. :)
