Extremely disappointing experience with this firm. My case was passed between three different solicitors over around two years, with each transition causing more confusion and delays. The lack of consistency and attention to detail resulted in numerous errors that severely damaged my case. The communication was poor throughout, and I felt completely unsupported as a client. After investing considerable time and money, I had no choice but to withdraw my case due to their mishandling of crucial details. What concerns me most is their apparent lack of professional responsibility and client care. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. There are far more competent and reliable law firms available who will actually value your case and time.
