Milly helped me and my ex-partner navigating the unfamiliar paths through our divorce. She has a very clear process to go through, addresses all the necessary points to deal with and has a clear way of communicating. A divorce is a painful process, but working with Milly @ FFM has made it a lot smoother.

Milly's attention to detail just wasn't there unfortunately. I had such high hopes that everything would go well but that wasnt the case. Firstly she put myself and my ex in the same room which I specifically asked not to do and then she made inaccurate notes which I felt were biast. I lost confidence completely and moved to another mediator. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Milly is a friendly and empathetic person. She was very understanding and explained the process and my options clearly. I was very anxious going in, but feel more optimistic with the support and advice given. I look forward to seeing Milly again, where we aim to reach the best possible outcome for all those involved.

Complete waste of time. I believe they are genuinely exploiting the government vouchers for their own financial benefit. Completely sided with the female party and are not interested in the concerns of the male party (bias is evident). No skill, methodology or flexibility visible through their attempts to mediate and it was just a formality to get to court. If you need to achieve a mediated agreement, go elsewhere.

Milly was very understanding, patient and knowledgeable. The sessions have 100% had a positive impact on me. Would recommend to anyone that is going through a tough time.
