This firm deletes reviews that they don't like by making out that they have no interaction with the reviewer... I'm sure everyone has much better things to do with there time! I had several cases brought against me by this firm, and I won every one of them! They ruin family and children’s lives by being irresponsible and fueling the flames at point of family crisis, all in turn means the family pays them more money! They are amateurish in response, ignore communication to cause further frustration, give horrific disproportionate advice and are not interested in solutions, only how long they can drain the family and children of cash. The more toxic they can make a situation, the better! Even the main partners of this firm are not interested when directly contacted, showing they are complicit and set the ways of working. Dreadful, firms like this shouldn't be allowed to exist.

This firm ruins family and children’s lives. They are amateurish and purely out to drain the family and children of as much cash as possible at point of crisis. They ignore communication, give horrific disproportionate advice and are not interested in solutions, only how much they can earn for their firm by draining the family and children. Even the main partners are not interested, showing they are complicit with their ways of working. Shameful, avoid.

I would echo the comments of Sultan around this family law firm. Had the misfortune of my ex-wife using them for divorce proceedings. Justine was dealing with matters. Found her to be incompetent, rude and bullying in her approach. Two separate emails were sent to Justine to clarify points. On one occasion it took six weeks for her to respond. On the other occasion it took her five weeks to respond. This was off the back of numerous emails chasing her up. When she did her response was aggressive and deeply unprofessional. So much so that I considered making a complaint to the law society. She is never contactable on the telephone and never returns calls. Certainly no professional outlook towards her clients. Several divorce petitions were sent out with the incorrect information on despite being possession of the correct information. All in all a farcical company with no ethics or professional standards. When the bill arrived I was disgusted to be charged for about £180 of additional work which was purely down to their incompetence. Their billing and accountancy are far from ethical.... almost a work of fiction. Steer well clear and use a more professional firm... Furthermore the response from the owner is untrue and inaccurate. So much so I would question their integrity. They know exactly the position I refer to and they know that all of the above information is accurate and on point. Use this useless and shambolic firm at your peril. The are woeful and have zero professionalism. Out of their depth in a puddle is how I would describe them.

In my opinion this firm takes legal aid from through customers who are in desperate circumstances, but they just don't support their clients. I noticed another chap saying they are slow with dealing with things and he has got right! The experience we had was entirely inadequate and I truly believe they just don't give a dam about their clients.
