Terrible experience, avoid this company. They are not properly licensed but still answer calls as “BG Lawyers,” which is very misleading. My case was not presented in court as promised, which caused me significant distress and wasted time. The company is run unprofessionally, and I found Animah Karim to be extremely patronising and rude. She acted as if she knew everything but offered little to no support. Communication was poor, and there was no accountability for their failure to follow through. Their low rating (2.8 stars) speaks volumes from BG lawyers. Many of the positive reviews seem to come from family or people close to them so don’t be fooled. Based on my experience, I would never recommend them.
