I contacted Family First Solicitors after my wife and I decided we should separate and seek help in obtaining a divorce. Separating after 25 years of marriage is a very difficult and challenging situation and Family First have helped my wife and I through the process. After an original meeting with Bruna one of the companies solicitors it was decided to go ahead seek divorce and she helped us through the process and was very understanding and supportive toward us both. The process was completed easily and was not necessary to attend any meetings in person after the original consultation as we were kept up to date of the progress every step of the way. Stella, another member of the solicitor team has also been supportive of our situation and the sensitive matters involved and has always been happy to answer any questions we may have had. Being granted a divorce takes time from initial consultation to final approval but I can only say a massive thanks to all at Family First Solicitors.

I used Family First Solicitors to deal with a difficult divorce where my now ex husband wouldn't engage in the process. Initially Hannah was my solicitor but she left and my case was passed smoothly to Bruna. Apart from a few delays replying to emails where staff were on leave, the process was as smooth as it could be given the difficult situation. Bruna ultimately represented me in court, and I obtained the outcome I was hoping for thanks to her expert advice and work. I am truly grateful. All staff were friendly and sensitive to the situation and gave me clear, easy to follow advice. Thank you

Although I was quite nervous because the subject matter was personal, emotional and important to me, Henrietta, the solicitor appointed to my case, was very patient, respectful and calm allowing me the time and space I needed to put my points across. I felt listened to and advised well. I didn’t feel pressured to do as I was told but allowed to make my own decisions based on the advice I was being giving. This was important for me. I believe Family First solicitors live up to their name and would recommend them should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation you should need a solicitor.

Fantastic service from Ursula, she represented me in 2017 finalising my divorce settlement. Sadly 7 years later I found myself back in court with the settlement being contested, fortunately Ursula had fought my corner and the settlement was upheld by the Judge. She anticipated the issues and ensured I was covered when it was contested. Thank you.
