We approached Farley Dwek for help following a CHC funding MDT that left us feeling let down and confused. The administrative team were very efficient and after an initial telephone chat, we very quickly received a call back from Andrew Farley to discuss our situation in more detail. I found Andrew to be extremely professional, reassuring, objective and well-informed. He gave me an honest appraisal of our situation and empathetically addressed our expectations from a position of wisdom and experience. Despite the fact we had not officially appointed his firm at that stage (we were still awaiting the CHC decision), he was very generous and gracious with his time on the phone/emails. Thanks to Andrew’s guidance, we were able to articulate and feedback our reservations to the CHC and they ended up ruling in our favour. We therefore did not end up having to formally instruct Farley Dwek for representation but our impression was that they were an exemplary firm with judicious invested leadership and noble ethics.

I am delighted with the way Farley Dwek handled our appeal to re-claim my late Mother's care home fees. Debbie was very thorough & handled the case with compassion & worked very hard to get an outcome that me & my brothers are delighted with. I'm sure our Mum & Dad would have been delighted too. To be honest, before we started the claim we didn't hold out much hope as we'd heard so many stories of families' appeals being unsuccessful. I'm so glad we pursued and I doubt we'd have been successful had we not had the help of Farley Dwek Solicitors. I found Debbie very professional yet easy to talk to & I was updated regularly even as we were going through the Pandemic. Also the outline of the fees was very clear from the beginning to the end with no hidden costs at all. My experience of Farley Dwek was 100% positive. It was so refreshing to deal with solicitors who were professional, understanding and supportive, genuinely doing their very best to get a positive resolution for their client. Special recommendation must go to Stacey and Laura who demonstrated excellent customer service throughout. I contacted Farley Dwek solicitors at a very sad time in my life after losing my Mother to Dementia, I always felt that she was entitled to N H S Continuing health care Funding, but didn't have the knowledge, or time to pursue it so found Farley Dwek on line, read some of the comments and decided that they were the ones I wanted to help my family and I claim what I felt was owed to my parents. The team at Farley Dwek were amazing right from the start, they kept us informed every step of the way in terms we could understand, it took almost 7 years to get the claim proven and settled but they never gave up, without them it would never of happened, they are experts in this field, and a super professional and efficient team, they left no stone unturned and got the result we had all hoped for. We used Farley Dwek for a successful Continuing Health Care claim for my mother in law. Laura and the team were excellent. They talked us through the process and gave us options; never any pressure. We paid for an initial assessment and then proceeded with the case on a no-win, no-fee basis. It is not a fast process due to the bureaucracy at the other end , but after 18 months, we did recover 3 years of care home fees. During the process the team kept us up to date and were always happy to answer our questions - no matter how many times we asked them. The case they put together after reading Mum's notes was thorough and actually a bit shocking for us. This clearly won the case and we certainly wouldn't have won our case without FD. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
