I would leave 10 stars if I could , after being let down by O’Neil & Patient in Stockport ( terrible company by the way ) because they only complete dual representation and told me at a very late stage and could not continue with the process. I had to find a new solicitor quick. On first contacting Farleys , Graeme took on my case on buying our new property and moved quick regarding every aspect of this. From Contact with all the other solicitors and the estate agents and the lending company. Farleys unlike other Conveyancing solicitors treat you like an individual rather than a statistic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We highly recommend Farleys, especially Graeme Booth and the Conveyancing team after a successful house sale. We initially had a conventional sale through an Estate agent that was well managed before we took the property to auction when the original chain collapsed. All email and telephone enquiries were answered promptly and more complicated requests were fully explained. We always felt that Graeme and Farleys ‘had our backs’ in the sale & auction processes. We achieved a good sale that was completed on time and we are more than satisfied with the fees. Thank you Graeme & all at Farleys; you’re highly recommended.

Graeme Booth was fantastic in assisting us and 5 other maisonette owners to acquire our Freehold when we discovered it had been unbeknownst to us put up for sale at auction! He patiently answered numerous questions, and the whole service was for an upfront fixed price. Would thoroughly recommend this solicitor.
