I can highly recommend Fergusson law. They have been really excellent with our case. And whenever I didn't speak to Kate, who handled everything to my highest satisfaction, the other solicitors and Janice have been so friendly, helpful and competent, that it was a pleasure to deal with all of them. Especially Janice is a blessing, she takes as much time as needed to explain everything and to help. It was a very quick and easy process, and with a very good understanding for the personal situation. Last but not least they also advise for how to save money on charges for their service and any other available options.

It has now been a month since we completed on our house. Katy and Nicolas have both been exceptional throughout the process. Faultless support from Katy at Fergusson with a somewhat complicated house purchase, given we are overseas buyers. Katy was incredibly responsive, all commutation clear and concise, every layman’s question about Scottish legal system patiently answered. Very strong interaction and follow up from Fergusson with other lawyers across seller, mortgage provider, broker to push things forward at pace. Fees were very reasonable. Cannot recommend enough.
