I contacted Carl after a local recommendation. I was looking for retirement advice and having been through the government Pensionwise scheme I'd initially been with a large company based in York whose services I was not happy with. The service from Fletcher Associates is outstanding, as a customer you are treated like a person, not simply a revenue stream. Nothing is too much trouble, and I am very happy with the pragmatic and straightforward advice I have been given. Carl and Jade are a fabulous family team, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My partner and I came across Fletcher Associates when I needed assistance in setting up my pension. I genuinely didn’t understand how pensions worked but Carl and Jade helped me in a very kind, friendly and professional manner. Carl Fletcher has been my Financial Advisor for about ten years. He is trustworthy, sound, practical, straightforward, patient and congenial. He has advised me on pensions and investments, he is utterly knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Carl will present you with all the options, explain them all, give you the pro's and cons, the risks and benefits, and when you have made your decision, he will guide you, and follow your instructions. I came to Fletcher Associates on a referral from my Partner and I have to say I have found this company have always met my requirements in a most professional manner. They provide regular updates and advice on, for example, as and when government Budgets happen that may or may not affect my Pension situation.
